Q: Is my personal information kept private?
Yes. At CanvasLocale we respect your privacy and will never share your personal information with third parties. From time to time, we may send you promotional emails about new products or offers.
Q: Are my payment/card details secure?
Yes. Payments on our site are processed over a secure server to protect your sensitive information.
Products & Quality
Q: How long will my canvas print last?
We use archival-quality materials that are guaranteed to last 100 years or more under normal display conditions (away from direct sunlight, excessive humidity, pollutants, etc.). These prints are designed for indoor display; avoid direct sunlight, high humidity or outdoor exposure.
Q: How should I care for or clean my canvas?
Your canvas comes with a protective coating and is quite durable. You can lightly dust it with a soft, dry cloth. For deeper cleaning you may gently use a damp cloth, though we cannot guarantee against every outcome. If there’s a minor nick exposing loose ink, you may touch it up with a waterproof felt-tip marker or touch-up paint.
Q: What is the best way to hang the canvas?
- Unframed gallery-wrap canvases have a 1.5” frame and can be hung directly on the wall without additional framing. Framed canvases can also be hung directly on the wall.
- We include hanging hardware with no extra charge. A backing board and hanging wire are installed on all artwork.
Ordering & Customization
Q: Can I order a custom dimension canvas (i.e., a size not listed)?
Yes — we can accommodate custom widths and heights to match your needs. Simply contact us at info@canvaslocale.com with your required size.
Production & Shipping
Q: How long will it take to process my order?
Standard production time is 2-3 business days (48–72 hours) after we receive your order.
Q: What are my shipping options and times?
Shipping time depends on your location and final order size/weight. We partner with major carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS) and landmark shipping maps/estimates are available.
Q: Can you ship internationally or to a PO Box?
Yes — we can ship to PO Boxes using certain carriers (e.g., USPS or SmartPost) subject to size limits. International shipping is available in some cases, though large prints may face restrictions (e.g., carrier availability, customs duties or delays). Please contact us for details about shipping to your country.
Returns, Replacements & Guarantee
Q: What if my print arrives damaged or with a defect?
We carefully package each print to protect it from moisture and impact. However, if you do receive a damaged or defective canvas, please contact us at support@canvaslocale.com with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible. Also please note every device screen displays images differently. Unless you have a profiled monitor, it may not display accurate colors.
Q: What is your return policy?
We offer a lifetime guarantee on quality and workmanship of our canvas prints. If there is a defect, we’ll replace it or refund you. Because your item is custom-printed we cannot accept returns for reasons not due to defect or damage
